These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Botaty's website, dashboard, and automation services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Botaty, based in Switzerland. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Botaty offers Free, Pro, and Ultra subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — see our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Botaty connects to third-party platforms (including but not limited to HubSpot, Stripe, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Gmail, and Shopify) on your behalf, using credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect these accounts, and for complying with each third party's own terms of service.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.
Botaty and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Botaty and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Workflows, data, and content you create remain yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botaty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time; we will retain your data for a reasonable period afterward in accordance with our Privacy Policy, after which it will be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
