Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Workflow & integration data

To power your automations, we store the workflows you create and securely hold credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) for the third-party platforms you connect, such as HubSpot, Stripe, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Gmail, and Shopify.

Usage data

We log workflow run history, timestamps, and basic analytics (pages visited, features used) to operate and improve the Service.

Payment data

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Botaty does not store your full card number — Stripe handles this in compliance with PCI-DSS.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• The third-party platforms you explicitly connect (e.g., sending data to your own HubSpot account)
• Service providers who help us run Botaty (e.g., Stripe for payments, our hosting provider)
• Authorities, where required by law

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and workflow data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
